As a flexible creative recruitment agency, our services are offered on both retained and contingent recruitment modes to suit your unique requirements. While we recommend retained mode for best results, here’s an outline of both options:

 

Exclusivity

You engage The People Place exclusively to fill a specific position. I work solely on your search and take full accountability for the outcome, end to end.

Customised approach

We go deep on the brief before going to market. That means understanding the role, the team, and what good actually looks like in practice, so the shortlist is built on judgement, not keywords.

FLEXIBLE TIMELINE

With one clear focus, the process runs calmly and properly. Outreach is considered, screening is thorough, and decisions are made with clarity rather than pressure.

HIGHER LEVEL OF SUCCESS

Exclusive work leads to stronger alignment and better retention. Fewer interviews. Clearer decisions. Hires that stand up well beyond the first few months.

 

Non-exclusivity

A contingent search allows you to engage more than 1 recruiter at the same time. It can suit roles where the brief is well defined and speed is the priority.
