Nic brings over 15 years of experience leading and hiring creative, digital, and marketing teams.

Before founding The People Place, he helped build and scale award winning creative and technology businesses across advertising, content, and digital production. He’s worked inside agencies and ventures where people, culture, and delivery mattered every day.

Today, he applies that operator experience to recruitment done properly. Thoughtful. Commercial. Human.
