  • In-depth work on one role lowers staff churn, boosts retention, and streamlines the recruitment process through to onboarding and beyond.
  • The client pays a fee at the beginning of the search, guaranteeing our commitment to finding the right candidate. We can negotiate bespoke arrangements.
