Retained mode:

  • You’ll engage The People Place exclusively for a specific position, and we’ll dedicate our time and resources to find the best candidates.
  • With a guarantee in place, we can be more flexible with the timeline and prioritise this placement as needed.
  • We’ll invest time to understand your company’s needs, culture, and position requirements, resulting in higher-quality candidates.
  • We can also negotiate bespoke arrangements.
  • In-depth work on one role lowers staff churn, boosts retention, and streamlines the recruitment process through to onboarding and beyond.
  • You’ll pay a fee at the beginning of the search, guaranteeing our commitment to finding the right candidate.

 

Contingent mode:

  • Multiple recruiters or agencies are often competing to fill one job opening.
  • Contingent jobs often require fast work to present options, which can result in a less thorough vetting process.
  • Several recruiters may approach the best candidate simultaneously.
